How to Join the Campus
Application & Admission
It is a university student housing facility managed in compliance with the guidelines of the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR) under the PNRR framework.
Enrolled students at recognized universities or AFAM institutions. Online/Distance learning universities are strictly excluded.
No. It allows you to participate in the selection process, but it does not guarantee automatic room allocation.
Through two channels: 30% of rooms are reserved for students selected by regional bodies for the right to education (DSU). The remaining is allocated directly by PadovaCampus through a merit-based ranking system scored out of 100 points, based on high school diploma grades for first-year students and the arithmetic average of exams for returning students. For international students holding foreign qualifications that cannot be converted according to Italian criteria, the score is based on the CEFR level of the highest-level language certification submitted (C2: 50 points, C1: 40 points, B2: 30 points, B1: 20 points, A2: 10 points).
The Application for Assignment must be submitted by completing the online form available on the official website padovacampus.it. In order to facilitate students’ planning in line with university enrolment timelines, Management will review requests on a rolling basis in order of receipt. To this end, four time brackets have been established for the progressive processing of eligibility:
•1st Bracket (Main Phase): Applications submitted by 31 July 2026.
•2nd Bracket (Intermediate Phase): Applications received by 20 August 2026.
•3rd Bracket (Autumn Launch Phase): Applications received thereafter, until all available places are filled.
To ensure academic continuity and prevent partial room occupancy during the year, the ranking system assigns priority/bonus points to applicants who select a stay duration of 12 months or longer in their application.
Yes, between a single or a twin room, but the preference does not guarantee automatic assignment.
The official timeline is specified in the Call for Applications. The outcome will be communicated to you via email. Please remember that you will have 2 days from receipt of the email to confirm your room, otherwise you will be excluded.
The application lapses without any obligations. Any subsequent ranking list shifts will take place in accordance with ministerial regulations.
The score is expressed out of 100 (max 100 points). For first-year students, it is based on the high school diploma grade (or the total credits of the 3rd and 4th years converted into a score out of 100). For returning students, it is based exclusively on the arithmetic average of exams fully completed by the application date.
The system allows you to submit the application only once. In the event that multiple forms are filled out and submitted by mistake, only the last form submitted in chronological order will be taken into consideration for ranking purposes.
Yes. It is possible to visit the residence and view the sample rooms by appointment, by contacting our management directly via email.
Applications sent after the established deadline will be considered late. They will only be evaluated in the event of remaining vacancies and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Yes. In the event of a stay renewal for the following academic year, PadovaCampus offers the possibility to keep the same room and bed space, provided that the academic requirements set out in the regulations are maintained.

Rates, Payments & Included Services
Payment Management & Deadlines
No, they are monthly and indivisible. If check-in occurs after the 16th day of the month, only 50% of the first month’s rent is due. Guests are required to bring their own personal linen.
L’ospite è tenuto a portare la propria biancheria personale:
Monthly rent payments must be made via bank transfer no later than the 5th day of the current month. Failure to meet this deadline will result in financial penalties and the application of the disciplinary system set out in the regulations.
The contract can be terminated for non-payment of two monthly installments (even if non-consecutive). Additional grounds for termination include: loss of student status, transferring the bed space to third parties, severe and repeated violations of the Residence Regulations, or behavior that compromises safety and community living within the Campus.
No, the financial and contractual commitment is valid for the entire duration of the accommodation period accepted in the application. Early withdrawal is permitted exclusively for serious, documented, and unforeseen reasons (such as withdrawal from studies or health issues), subject to written notification to the Management with a mandatory notice period of at least 3 months. In the absence of such notice, the guest is liable for the payment of all remaining monthly installments.
Yes. To confirm room allocation, a security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required, along with the advance payment of the first month’s rent. The deposit is held as a guarantee against potential damages and will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, subject to a room inspection and minus the costs of standard final cleaning.
Yes. All utilities such as electricity, hot and cold water, heating, air conditioning, and unlimited Wi-Fi connection are fully included in the monthly rate. As this is an eco-friendly PNRR facility, guests are nonetheless expected to avoid any form of energy waste.
The same applies to hot water: taking a shorter shower is not only good for the environment, but also a way to ensure there is enough left for the next person.
Yes. Upon final check-out, a mandatory standard cleaning and tidying service of the housing unit is required, the fixed cost of which will be deducted directly from the security deposit according to the official price list.

Campus Life, Amenities & What to Bring
Rooms & Services
The facility exclusively provides each guest with a protective, certified fire-retardant “bedding set” consisting of a pillow, duvet, and mattress protector. Bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels are not included in the rent. Guests are required to bring their own personal linen: a fitted bottom sheet, a top sheet, a pillowcase, bathroom towels, and a duvet cover (standard single size) that must fully enclose the provided duvet. It is recommended to bring at least one complete spare set of sheets and towels. For hygiene and fire safety reasons, using your own duvets, blankets, or pillows not provided by the Campus is strictly prohibited.
The communal kitchen and kitchenettes are equipped with major large appliances (electric ovens, microwaves, kettles). Tableware, cutlery, and cookware are not provided. Each student must bring their own personal set of plates, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, and containers (ensuring they are suitable for oven and microwave use).
Please remember that cleaning appliances is the exclusive responsibility of the user, immediately after use.
The furniture is designed to ensure the perfect balance between study, rest, and privacy. Each guest has access to their own complete individual setup, which includes: a single bed, a spacious wardrobe, a study desk, and a personal-use refrigerator located directly inside the room, ensuring maximum autonomy in managing one’s own space and food items.
Do you feel something useful is missing from your room? Please let the management know; they will consider adding it, subject to space constraints and the facility’s standards.
PadovaCampus is a DNSH (Do No Significant Harm) facility, designed to avoid causing significant harm to the environment—a core principle underpinning the PNRR funding for the complex. Heating and cooling systems are centralized and controlled by a smart automation system, regulated according to time slots and temperature limits set by municipal regulations. While guests can make minor temperature adjustments from their rooms, they are expected to use the systems responsibly: turning off units when leaving and keeping doors and windows closed while the system is running. This is not merely an environmental issue; it is also a matter of considerate communal living. Leaving doors or windows open while the heating or air conditioning is on wastes energy shared by the entire residence.
PadovaCampus offers spacious and modern communal areas: a study room for concentration, a meeting room for group work, a TV lounge, a shared kitchen-dining room, and a coffee lounge for break times.
Yes. PadovaCampus provides the spaces, study tables, adequate lighting and charging sockets. All study materials, books, laptops, tablets, power cables and other personal IT devices are entirely the student’s responsibility, who must independently bring and look after them.

The Campus is fully covered by a high-speed Wi-Fi network free of charge for residents, ideal for study and academic research. Personal login credentials will be provided upon arrival. Installing personal routers, modems, or signal repeaters in the room that could interfere with the central network is forbidden, as is using the network for illegal activities or actions that saturate the bandwidth to the detriment of other guests.
No. Daily cleaning and tidying of the rooms and private bathrooms are the sole responsibility of the student. The Management only provides periodic cleaning and sanitization of common areas (corridors, lobby, study rooms). In the event of severe hygiene deficiencies found in the room, the Administration will automatically charge for a mandatory deep cleaning service.
