Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data Controller

2. Purpose and Legal Basis of the Processing
The personal data provided (personal, contact, and academic details) will be processed exclusively for the following purposes:

3. Processing and Storage Methods
The processing will be carried out using secure IT tools , in compliance with the principles of confidentiality, integrity, and availability set forth in the GDPR.
Retention periods :
- Applicants who are not assigned : the data will be retained for a maximum of 12 months from the publication of the ranking, in order to manage any changes or appeals, after which they will be permanently deleted.
- Assignees : the data will be retained for the entire duration of the contract and in accordance with the retention obligations set forth in the PNRR legislation.
4. Communication and dissemination of data
The data may be communicated, to the extent strictly necessary, to:
- Ministry of University and Research (MUR) for PNRR compliance
- Persons responsible for the IT and administrative management of the Campus
- Competent authorities, if required by law
The data will not be disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes nor transferred without explicit consent.
5. Rights of the interested party
Pursuant to Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to:
- Access: Request confirmation of processing and a copy of your data
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure: request the erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”), in the cases provided for by law
- Restriction: Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Portability: receive your data in a structured and readable format

6. Right to complain
The interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) if they believe that the processing of their data violates the GDPR.
